Thanks to our Mobile Assistant Driver application, which enables two-way communication inside the company, driver-forwarder, salesman-office, employee-manager, each company can radically rebuild its way of functioning and implement appropriate processes that improve efficiency and generate additional savings. Simplicity of operation was our motto at the time of creating the software, therefore the use of the application is intuitive, which means that every person will be able to use it. Regardless of whether we install the software on a smartphone or tablet, it is automatically adjusted to the size of the screen and the type of device. Messages

Thanks to the exchange of messages via the application, each user within the company can directly communicate with other people using the mobile application from anywhere. The entire history of information exchange is properly secured, which allows you to keep the data inside the company. Each user can switch between the desktop application and the mobile version at any time while maintaining all threads of the conversation. Additionally, attachments such as photos, documents or geographical points (routing) can be attached to specific messages. After selecting such a point, the application automatically redirects the user to Google Map, which enables navigation to the destination in the next steps.

Disk

Thanks to the use of the disk module, the application becomes a universal tool that allows you to transfer relevant documents inside each company. All files are stored on a network drive in the cloud and can be shared both through the application and desktop software. Each company has a separate disk space that allows you to store data and share it with all employees. Additionally, individual users have the option of separating and managing data in their private folders. Various types of files can be stored in the cloud, e.g. samples of customs documents, contracts, photos or company confirmations. Each of the companies can create any data structure, which enables full adjustment to the requirements of a specific industry.

TachoDDD

Everyone knows how important it is to download files from the tachograph and driver cards on time. Failure to fulfill the obligations of the carrier may expose the company to huge financial losses. To avoid problems in this matter, we have created a remote download module with the push of a button in the application itself. When downloading data from a driver card, simply place the card in a reader dedicated to the USB port and press the download button. In the case of a tachograph, insert the cable directly into the tachograph slot on one side and the USB port of the device on the other. In this case, too, you can download files with one button. All downloaded files are sent to a network drive in the cloud to the company's dedicated storage space. The downloaded data is available at any time, which enables their further processing and analysis. At the same time, files are secured on our company's servers, preventing their loss.

EcoDriving

The ecodriving module implemented in the application enables the automatic analysis of the driver's driving style. This solution ensures that the employee is kept informed about the progress in improving their safety and economic driving. Graphs and tables informing about the way of driving individual sections provide all the necessary data for analysis. All anomalies are immediately presented in a simple and readable form of reports, which is a key element in avoiding errors in the future. In addition, the use of a score on a scale from 1 to 10 for each section and the entire route allows you to quickly summarize the driving style. All these elements allow drivers to join the "game" that increases fuel economy and vehicle use in any company.
