Equipment operation sensor

Information about the work of additional electric, hydraulic or pneumatic elements installed in the vehicle is one of the most frequent information needed to monitor the operation of the vehicle. These can include:

pumps,
aggregates,
HDS,
compressors,
webasto,
spreading and / or plow sensors,
flaps.

Each electrical signal that appears in the vehicle's installation can be seamlessly connected to the GPS recorder and linked to the position, time, speed of the vehicle or the status of other sensors. Of course, in the case of hydraulic or pneumatic elements, specialized signal converters (which we add) are required to obtain an electrical signal.

Temperature sensor

Each GPS recorder can be connected to temperature sensors, which are then placed, for example, in refrigerated trucks. This solution gives a full picture of the storage conditions of a specific product. More and more often, meat plants, drug producers, frozen food wholesalers or producers of food products require such solutions from shipping companies, and it is often the basic condition for any cooperation with them. Reports generated in the system guarantee them that the cargo was transported in the right way

temperature and delivered on time. In addition, the possibility of data loss is eliminated, because all information is stored on our servers, and its re-creation is the proverbial click of a mouse button.

Access control (open / close) RFID

The device is designed to control the state of opening or closing of doors, boxes, hatches. It can also be used as a position and work sensor. The advantage of RFID technology is security and reliability which is lacking in similar magnetic and inductive devices.

The device consists of a transponder and an RFID reader that are attached so that they can move away from each other and get closer. This principle of operation allows the reader to read the unique transponder code (128 bits). Then the reader changes the voltage status at the output, depending on whether or not the transponder is detected. It should be emphasized that the device cannot be cheated with magnets or coils, because the reader works only with a programmed transponder.

This type of seal replaces traditional security measures of this type. During standby and closing the sealing wire loop, the LED diode with which the device is equipped turns green. In the event of a broken loop or a short circuit, the LED goes out. This device is perfect for cooperation with GPS recorders. In this case, apart from the visible interference in the form of the diode going off, e.g. when the seal from the fuel probe is broken, information will be sent to the system. This type of protection is perfect for sealing doors when goods of significant value are transported.

Rotation direction meter

The rotational direction meter allows you to control the work of many devices that are equipped with various types of vehicles. The most popular use of this device is to control the work of the concrete mixer (speed and direction of rotation). RFID technology (radio frequency control access), on which the principle of its operation is based, guarantees 100% safety, reliability and failure-free operation, unlike magnetic devices.

The device consists of three transponders placed in the circuit of the mobile element and an RFID reader mounted on the fixed element in the place of the transponders. When the transponder appears within the range of the RFID reader, the device verifies its unique code and and checks if changes occur according to the sequence previously saved in memory. Such a solution, unlike magnetic meters rotational speed does not allow you to cheat the device by applying various types of magnets or coils, because the reader works only with programmed transponders.
