Remote ignition lock

A module that enables a remote vehicle lock. It allows you to disconnect one of the car's electrical circuits, preventing it from starting.

In order to ensure the safety of the vehicle user, immobilization may only take place with the ignition switched off, which complies with European Union standards. After turning the lock on / off, the user receives feedback from the GPS recorder about setting or removing the security.

Due to its small size, the module is very difficult to detect in a vehicle. The use of this type of security is dedicated primarily to companies that rent various types of vehicles. In this case, the lock can not only serve as a protection against theft, but also help to enforce outstanding payments.

RFID ignition lock + remote ignition cut-off

The RFID module, connected to the GPS recorder, uniquely protects the vehicle against unauthorized use. It is enough to have a unique identification card with you, which will turn off the ignition lock when you approach the appropriate area of the dashboard. Even if the GSM signal is jammed by a thief, the GPS recorder uses the authorization data stored in the cache. Thanks to this solution, the blockade still works efficiently and prevents the engine from starting without proper verification. In addition, the lock itself can also be activated remotely after logging into the system, or it can be deactivated depending on the needs (e.g. when the vehicle is handed over for service). The card reader can be mounted anywhere under the dashboard, which additionally increases security. The management of the card numbers that can be used to authorize any vehicle takes place in the system itself by an authorized user. An additional advantage of the RFID blocker is the zero power consumption at the moment ignition off.

Each ignition on must be authorized by bringing the RFID card / chip to the reader or holding it. The authorization module can be implemented on the basis of the following modules:

RFID: cards work wirelessly using radio waves, and the reader is hidden under the dashboard.
Dallas: we are dealing here with a direct electrical connection - the rfid tag should be briefly inserted into the reader socket, which is located on the dashboard.
The rfid tags or cards have a unique number assigned to the driver in the system. During authorization, the system automatically assigns the driver to the vehicle. The module acts as an immobilizer, if the driver does not authorize himself before turning on the ignition, an alarm will appear. It is also possible to allocate a specific vehicle or a group of vehicles in the system itself that can be used by a given driver.
